Carly has been a huge inspiration for me for the time I have been training with her. With coping through family issues, Carly has pushed me to my potential and not let me give up. She has let me get my anger out in my workouts and gave me workouts to do on my own when I needed a push when I didn't have a training session. She helped me get my diet on track in a healthy way. After trying a fad diet a few years ago I knew that I just had to start eating healthy and make a lifestyle change and Carly helped me with making better decisions and with not telling me what to eat she helped me make better decisions and substitutes for things I was eating. Carly has not only been a personal trainer but a friend as well. We talk about life and relationships and our days and she is always an open ear to talk to whether you need advice or just to vent. Carly has been a true motivator and leader and someone I really look up to.
